Shipping Policy

We ship on Business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM, excluding holidays. Please note that shipping times do not include processing time - orders generally take 1-2 days to be processed excluding weekends and holidays.

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees. Please make sure the address we are shipping to is a secure address. If packages are stolen we will try our best to help but we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are not automated at this time. To make an exchange please return the original items and place a new order.

Return Policy

  • Our return policy lasts 14 days starting from the day you received your item. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept clothing back that has missing tags or appears used.

  • For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for jewelry or any items listed in the spa & spiritual section.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • If you have paid original postage to receive your order and a return is made then this is non-refundable.

  • Mångata is not responsible for non-Mångata items mistakenly returned, and may not be able to recover these items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting a member of our team and read our "Return Policy" section for further information.

How do I make a return?

1. Ensure that the product is in the same condition as when you received it. We do not accept clothing back that has missing tags or appears used.

2. Send us an email at and provide us with the order number, item number/s of the articles that you want to return. If the item that was received was damaged please also send us a photo of the item.

3. Before you return the product, we need to confirm the return.

4. Once you have received confirmation, package and ship the products back to us (you are responsible to pay the return shipping for the item) to the following address:
